GENERAL POLICIES

  • Check-in/Check-out Time – The standard check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 12 PM. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and may be chargeable.

  • Photo Identity – Please carry valid photo identification at the time of check-in, your passport is a valid document (International visitors should provide a copy of their passport)

  • No Smoke Zone – We maintain a no smoking policy inside the cottage for the comfort of our guests. However, if guests wish to smoke they can choose to do so in the outdoor areas and open decks. Ashtrays can be provided on request.

  • Common courtesy – Deja vu transforms into a temporary home for our guests. We request you to respect the peace and serenity of the cottage.

  • Pets – We allow pets to accompany their owners.

Frequently asked questions about pets

 

  • You must inform at the time of booking, before you arrive, regarding your need to bring your animal companion

  • You are responsible for all damages to premises caused by your pet and cost will be dealt on case to case basis

  • Your pets must be even tempered, well behaved, sociable and in good health

  • You have to bring food for pets (if dry food is required, fresh food can be made at the cottage), linen for your pet to sleep

  • Safety and complete responsibility of your pet is yours
